Black garlic is particularly popular as a dietary supplement because of the sulfur compound S-allylcysteine (SAC) it contains. SAC is formed from allicin during the maturing process, transforming white garlic into black garlic. In contrast to other suppliers, we offer an extract with a standardized amount of at least 0.2% SAC.
Our black garlic capsules are highly dosed and contain 1,500 mg of pure black garlic extract (15:1) per daily dose. This corresponds to 22,500 mg of fermented garlic powder. Our product is produced and tested in Germany according to the highest HACCP quality standards. It goes without saying that our product is GMO-free, free from any additives, and suitable for vegans.
NO BAD BREATH
Black garlic or aged garlic is obtained from fresh white garlic that has been fermented naturally under controlled conditions of heat and humidity. This does not only make it turn black and enhances its bioavailability and bioactivity, the fermentation process also reduces the allicin content, which ultimately eliminates the strong pungent garlic taste. Our black garlic capsules also do not cause the typical garlic breath that we all know and is much easier to digest than conventional white garlic.
