Serenity offers a powerful combination of 5 selected plant extracts, the amino acid amino acid L-tryptophan and various B vitamins, which together provide more balance and improved and improved stress resistance.
Ashwagandha, St. John's wort, rhodiola, saffron and hericium are known for their adaptopenic properties - substances that promote the body's resistance to stress and contribute to emotional balance. We use extracts that provide standardised amounts of valuable bioactive plant substances that contribute to the adaptogenic effect of the plants. These include withanolides from ashwagandha, polysaccharides from hericium, rosavins and salidrosides from Rhodiola rosea, and lepticrosalides (safranal, crocin) from saffron.
L-tryptophan provides support as a precursor of the ""good mood hormone"" serotonin and the vitamins B2, B6, B9 and B12 also contribute to normal mental function and the nervous system.
