Brewer's yeast is derived from the fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae and offers a broad spectrum of vitamins and micronutrients. It is particularly rich in B vitamins such as biotin, as well as minerals and trace elements.
With a daily dose of 2500 mg, divided into 5 capsules, the dosage can be adjusted individually to meet personal requirements. Each capsule contains 100% pure, active brewer's yeast that has been gently dried—without unnecessary additives such as silicon dioxide or microcrystalline cellulose, which are commonly found in many brewer's yeast tablets.
