Our Pregnancy Complex with 11 vitamins, 5 minerals, DHA and ginger extract is suitable for all phases (pregnancy, breastfeeding) and various diets. It has been especially adapted to the nutritional needs of women with predominantly plant-based diets. We use bioavailable and well-tolerated forms of nutrients to achieve optimal supply and digestibility. These include high-quality branded raw materials such as Quatrefolic folate, vitamin K2Vital all-trans MK-7 and AvailOm Omega 3. To optimise nutrient absorption, we recommend dividing the daily portion (2 capsules) over two meals. For vegan diets, we also recommend a sufficient choline intake. Our Pregnancy Capsules are produced in Germany according to HACCP quality standards. We also have the product tested in an independent laboratory for microbial contamination, heavy metals and selected active ingredients.
