ORGANIC QUALITY FROM THE SOUTH AFRICAN SAVANNAH
Devil's claw grows in South Africa's Kalahari Desert and in the savannahs of Namibia. Due to the severe drought, the valuable phytonutrients are found in the deep roots in the earth. That is why we use devil's claw roots (Harpagophytum procumbens) from controlled organic cultivation in South Africa for our product.
Instead of a simple powder, we also use a highly concentrated organic devil's claw extract (3:1), which is extracted from the roots in France using gentle water extraction. The advantage of an extract is, among other things, the high concentration of valuable secondary plant substances, above all harpagoside, a bitter substance with anti-inflammatory properties. Our organic devil's claw extract has a standardisation of at least 2.7% harpagoside.
