MAGNESIUM & POTASSIUM: AN IDEAL COMBINATION

Potassium and magnesium are vital minerals with relevant functions for a variety of physiological processes. They are particularly useful for our muscles, but also for our nerves and for energy production. Every day, large amounts of potassium and magnesium are excreted via the kidneys, which must be replenished. Active people and people who do sports have an increased need, as sweating causes an increased loss of minerals, so a supplement may offer additional support.

Since the metabolism of magnesium is tightly linked to the metabolism of potassium in the body, we combined them in our product. There are different forms of these two minerals available, but they differ greatly in their quality. Instead of the cheap chloride and oxide forms, we use tri-magnesium di-citrate and tri-potassium citrate. These citrate forms are characterized by a high bioavailability – meaning they are rapidly absorbed by the body – and tolerability.
