Our Rhodiola plus was developed to combine the property of three of the most valuable adaptogenic roots. Rhodiola rosea, Siberian ginseng and Fo-ti (polygonum multiflorum) are traditionally used in Chinese (TCM) and Ayurvedic practices. The three are rich in a variety of unique phytonutrients which increase the bioavailability of our supplement and make it unique on the market. Rhodiola rosea, also called golden root, is a source of rosavin and salidroside. Fo-ti, a plant whose benefits have been recently rediscovered, contains stilbenes, quinones, flavonoids and phosopholipids. Siberian ginseng is also particularly valuable because of the eleterhosides, unique compounds that are not found in panax ginseng. Moreover, we chose only concentrated extracts to enhance the effects of this unique combination. Additionally, our product is free from any unwanted additives such as microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate and suitable for vegans.

GOOD TO KNOW
- There are 20 different Rhodiola species used medicinally in Asia, but only Rhodiola Rosea is characterised by high rosavin and salidrosin content.
- The Soviet government hired a group of scientists to study natural adaptogens and they selected Rhodiola rosea which showed the best results. In the Cold War, they were convinced that the herb would enhance the performance of their soldiers and Olympians. Around 1989 the plant was given to cosmonauts before their missions.
- The chinese name of Fo-ti ""He Shou Wu"" means ""the black-haired Mr. He"". It is said that the remedy was named due to the youth restoring effects it had on ""Mr He"" when he discovered the herb.
