FLOWER POWER - LECITHIN FROM ORGANIC SUNFLOWERS
Our high-dose organic lecithin oil provides 1800 mg sunflower lecithin per day and is standardised to 15% phosphatidylcholine, 12% phosphatidylinositol and 9% phosphatidylethanolamine. The lecithin comes from controlled organic cultivation and is gently cold-pressed in the Netherlands. In contrast to the extraction of soya lecithin, no chemicals such as acetone are used. Lecithin from sunflowers also has a higher phospholipid content than soya and is guaranteed to be free from genetic engineering. We use vegan cellulose capsules without gelatine for our product. We have also deliberately decided against soft gel capsules because they often contain carrageenan. Of course, we have our organic lecithin oil regularly tested in independent laboratories and can therefore ensure that it is free from pesticides, heavy metals and microbial contamination.
