Our black garlic capsules contain a highly concentrated 15:1 extract, which means that one capsule of 750 mg extract is equal to 11250 mg of black garlic powder. Compared to powdered garlic products, an extract therefore does not only offer more black garlic per capsule but also a higher concentration of valuable bioactive compounds and nutrients like minerals, vitamins, and a variety of antioxidants.
NO BAD BREATH
Black garlic or aged garlic is obtained from fresh white garlic that has been fermented naturally under controlled conditions of heat and humidity. This does not only make it turn black and enhances its bioavailability and bioactivity, the fermentation process also reduces the allicin content, which ultimately eliminates the strong pungent garlic taste. Our black garlic capsules also do not cause the typical garlic breath that we all know and is much easier to digest than conventional white garlic.
