ORGANIC GINGER POWDER WITHOUT ADDITIVES
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) belongs to the ginger family and grows in tropical South East Asia. The most important ingredients of ginger are found in the rhizome, comprising essential oils and pungent substances like gingerole and shogaole, which give the tuber its typical taste. The plant is highly valued in Ayurvedic medicine and is mainly used as a natural remedy for motion sickness, nausea and digestive problems.
Our ginger powder comes from ginger rhizomes from controlled organic cultivation in India. Naturally, no pesticides were used during the cultivation process. Thanks to careful processing of the ginger roots, our ginger powder is of such good quality that it even contains 1.5% essential oils. Furthermore, we have our product regularly tested for microbial and mycotoxin contamination, as well as pesticide, heavy metal and aluminum residues. Lastly, our capsules are free from any sort of additives including gelatin, making our product also suitable for vegans.
