Our supplement provides 4 billion cultures from 10 of the most commonly found strains in healthy intestines. Each batch of bacterial cultures is freshly cultivated under strict controls in Germany and freeze-dried to ensure that they survive for a long time in the capsules. As the bacteria are very sensitive to the acidic stomach environment, we use capsules that are resistant to gastric acid and thus protect the bacteria from degradation. We also added inulin from organic agave to our product. Like other dietary fibres, inulin is an important food source for intestinal bacteria. During the breakdown of such fibres, they produce short-chain fatty acids which serve as an energy source for the body.
Due to natural decomposition, storage can significantly reduce the number of probiotics. Thus, the quantity of living cultures in products from other suppliers is often lower than stated. We guarantee that our capsules still contain at least 4 billion living cultures by the end of shelf-life.

Good to know
- Probiotics are best consumed on an empty stomach, around 30 min before breakfast.
- Some people may experience loose stools in the first few days of taking probiotics, however, this is temporary.
