Our beta carotene is 100% natural and derived from carrots. Thus, contrary to synthetic beta carotene supplements, it contains a wide range of phytonutrients that are naturally found in carrots like vitamins, minerals, and more valuable antioxidants. Hereby, our beta carotene capsules provide a form of the carotenoid that is highly bioavailable and bioactive.

In contrast to other beta carotene products on the market, our capsules are not overdosed. The content of 7 mg of beta carotene corresponds to the maximum allowed daily dose. Since beta carotene is naturally found in a lot of fruits and vegetables, a higher dose is not necessary and an overdose can actually be harmful. We don’t add any additives, which are also commonly found in low-quality beta carotene or bronze supplements.

Good to know

Attention: A beta carotene supplement is no substitute for sunscreen!
We recommend taking the product for at least a period of three months.
Since beta carotene is fat-soluble, it can only effectively be converted to vitamin A if taken up with a source of fat. Our tip: Take the capsules together with a balanced meal or few nuts, some avocado or a few drops of high-quality oil.
To boost a healthy tan and skin healthy, we also recommend consuming a variety of fruits and vegetables like spinach, cantaloupe, lettuce, apricots, broccoli and peas.
