Our capsules each provide 455 mg guarana seed extract (10:1), which has a natural caffeine content of 22%. We distribute the daily dose of 200 mg caffeine over 2 capsules. This makes it easy for sensitive people to adjust their daily caffeine dose to their own requirements. We recommend taking it in the morning with a meal if possible.
