Our choline capsules are unique on the market as they combine three different choline forms: L-Choline bitartrate, Citicoline (also known as CDP-choline), and Phosphatidylcholine. All three choline forms have distinct functions, which makes our product superior to choline capsules or tablets with only one choline from one source. Our synergistic blend provides approx. 250 mg of pure choline. As choline is also a natural component of different foods, the dosage from our supplement contributes to an adequate intake while not going beyond the daily recommendations. Of course, our product is vegan and free from additives such as microcrystalline cellulose often found in other choline containing supplements.
