Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Albanien, Andorra, Belgien, Bosnien-Herzegowina, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Großbritannien, Irland, Island, Italien, Kosovo, Kroatien, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Mazedonien, Malta, Moldawien, Monaco, Montenegro, Niederlande, Norwegen, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Russland, San Marino, Schweden, Schweiz, Serbien, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechische Republik, Türkei, Ukraine, Ungarn, Weißrussland, Zypern.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Versandkostenfrei ab einem Bestellwert von 49€, sonst 4,90 pro Paket
From an order value of 49,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Bei Bestellungen mit einer Lieferadresse außerhalb Deutschlands werden die Versandkosten indivuell nach Land und Gewicht berechnet
Provision of digital content:
Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.
Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 48 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is from the second order onwards.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 21 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
