PREMIUM ORGANIC CINNAMON EXTRACT
For our cinnamon capsules we use a high-quality 5:1 extract of organic Ceylon cinnamon instead of a powder. Each serving thus corresponds to 2500 mg of Ceylon cinnamon powder. In contrast to the cheaper cassia variety, Ceylon cinnamon contains many times less coumarin, a substance known to be toxic to the liver.
Our cinnamon comes from organic cultivation in Madagascar and is gently processed into an extract in France. Spices from Madagascar are known for their exceptional quality. The ability to grow in clean air, excellent soil and biologically controlled conditions results in a quality product full of nutrients and antioxidants
