Our product provides 15 billion CFU from 15 of the most common bacterial strains found in a healthy gut. Each batch of bacterial cultures is cultivated under strict controls in Germany and then freeze-dried to ensure their longevity in the capsules. Because these bacteria are highly sensitive to the acidic stomach environment, we utilize enteric-coated capsules to protect them from degradation.

Additionally, we've included inulin from organic agave. Like other dietary fibers, inulin is a crucial food source for intestinal bacteria. During the breakdown of fiber, they produce beneficial short-chain fatty acids, which serve as a source of energy for the body, among other functions.

Good to know

• Probiotics are best consumed on an empty stomach, around 30 min before breakfast.
