OPTIMAL COMBINATION
Our L-Tyrosine Plus provides 1,200 mg of L-tyrosine from fermentation per daily serving. Ltyrosine is a central building block in the synthesis of dopamine and adrenaline. These hormones are important for motivation and energy supply, among other things. L-tyrosine also provides the basic structure of the thyroid hormones T3 and T4. Iodine is then attached to this basic structure. With the help of selenium-containing proteins, the hormones are finally activated. B vitamins are involved in these processes as co-factors and are therefore also part of our L-tyrosine plus.
In addition, iodine, selenium and the B vitamins support the function of L-tyrosine. Within the normal physiological framework, they contribute to cognitive (iodine) and mental (vitamin B5) abilities, support the function of the psyche (biotin) and nerves (vitamin B12), and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue (folate).
