Many women face a challenge during their period, be it due to physical or mental discomfort. With our Period Power, we combine time-tested plant extracts with inositol, L-tryptophan as a precursor of the mood hormone serotonin, as well as valuable vitamins and minerals for more well-being during the period. For example, folate (Quatrefolic®), iron and magnesium (ATA Mg®) help to reduce tiredness and fatigue, while vitamin B6 supports the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin A also contributes to normal iron metabolism.
For our product we rely on highly concentrated extracts of chamomile (10:1), yarrow (10:1), monk's pepper (15:1) and saffron (1% Safranal).
