WITH TWO ACTIVE B12 FORMS
For our vitamin B12 drops, we use the two highly bioavailable B12 forms methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Both forms have different functions in the body and therefore complement each other well. Methylcobalamin is known as the neurological form of B12, while adenosylcobalamin plays a role in the energy supply. Per daily dose, our product provides 500 μg vitamin B12 - with 80% methylcobalamin and 20% adenosylcobamalin. This corresponds approximately to the ratio (4:1) of the two B12 forms in the blood.
