Our Vollagen® + Hyaluronic Acid Complex is based on the combination of 18 amino acids, the composition and formation of which is modelled on collagen in the human body. Collagen is the protein that occurs most frequently in the human body in terms of quantity and is the main component of connective tissue. It is mainly found in the structure of skin, hair, nails, cartilage and bones. As we age, the production of collagen in the body decreases, so adding collagen to the diet can have benefits. Like collagen, hyaluronic acid is often made from animal source materials, such as rooster combs or fish fins. We use a raw material produced by bacterial fermentation, which has high bioavailability due to an optimal molecular mass of 800-1500 KDa. Our Vollagen® + Hyaluronic Acid Complex is plant-based and therefore free from any animal source materials.
